Harakbut Amazonian Night

Activity start: 5:00 p.m.
Approximate return: 7:00 p.m.
Daily frequency

Ori’Numba is a cultural gathering space where visitors are invited to experience and share, in a meaningful and close way, the traditions, knowledge, and customs of the Harakbut people.

As the afternoon fades, the rainforest takes on a special kind of magic. Together with our local hosts, we will prepare a delicious traditional Amazonian dish using ingredients that are representative and culturally significant to this ancestral people.

We will learn the traditional technique of preparing fish wrapped in paca, while listening to stories and ancestral knowledge that form part of the Harakbut worldview. All of this takes place beneath a star-filled sky, surrounded by the sounds of the rainforest and the calls of nocturnal birds, creating a truly unique atmosphere.

Finally, we will share the meal prepared together, strengthening the connection between visitors, hosts, and the surrounding natural environment.

An experience that combines gastronomy, living culture, ancestral traditions, and a deep connection with the Amazon.
